Descriere
K735 este conceput pentru constructii de pistoane monobloc.
Setul standard de etansare este format dintr-un inel de alunecare auto-lubrifiant din PTFE/Bronz, presat de un inel profilat NBR.
Inelele de retinere din plastic, dispuse pe ambele parti ale etansarii, protejeaza atat inelul de alunecare, cat si elementul de presiune impotriva deteriorarii si murdariei.
K735 poate fi utilizat intr-o varietate larga de aplicatii, fiind deosebit de potrivit pentru cerinte grele, cum ar fi in utilaje de constructii.
Gama de dimensiuni include canale de montaj standard tipice pentru standarele asiatice si americane.

Montaj
K735 poate fi montat pe pistoane monobloc!
Mai intai se cupleaza inelul de presiune NBR. Apoi se introduce inelul inferior de retinere, care poate servi ca ajutor de pozitionare pentru inelul de etansare pentru suprafata de alunecare, ce se cupleaza urmatorul. La final, se completeaza cu cel de-al doilea inel de sustinere.
Pentru serii mai mari, acest proces poate fi usor automatizat cu ajutorul unui con si dorn de expandare.
Trebuie avut grija ca margini ascutite sau bavuri sa nu deterioreze etansarea.
Domenii de utilizare
Tipul K735 este o etansare moderna, compacta pentru piston, conceputa atat pentru presiuni mari, cat si pentru presiuni scazute, si special pentru aplicatii solicitante si grele.
